This is the kind of stuff that in years past would have (and have) been consigned to a private notebook, destined to gather dust, but in an era when any vacuous thought that pops into the head of a second-rate celebrity ends up deposited in 140-character text dropping on the Internet, it seems appropriate to make it available for others to read, enjoy, and learn from.
